Delivery Times

When you place an order on our store for our portable wireless electric air pump, it is processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams.

Please note that shipment refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and their handover to the carrier, not the final delivery to your address, which typically takes between 7 to 14 business days.

If you are located outside of Europe, please allow a few additional days for your item to arrive.

Even though 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery can occasionally take up to 3 to 5 weeks in cases of force majeure (such as exceptional events, temporary stock shortages due to the high popularity of our products, severe weather conditions, etc.).

Important Details

When you place an order containing different items, multiple suppliers may be involved. Additionally, to help you avoid high shipping costs caused by heavy package weights, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

Therefore, it is entirely normal if you receive your items individually and at different times.
