It is specified beforehand that these terms exclusively govern the sales of products offered on the HDglobalselect website. These conditions are intended for a consumer with full legal capacity. They apply to all orders placed on this site.

HDglobalselect is not the direct manufacturer of the goods for sale. The characteristics presented (photos, descriptions, etc.) come from information provided by our supplier. Nevertheless, HDglobalselect scrupulously monitors the quality of the items offered. If the product received does not match the characteristics presented, we invite you to consult our refund policy.

These general terms and conditions are presented in French.

Section 1 - Steps to follow for concluding the contract online

Ordering via the Internet

You make your selection by browsing the pages of our site. Your choices are added to your cart when you click on the add-to-cart button. At any time, you can validate your order by accessing your cart summary.

Contract Validation

When validating your order, a summary of all selected products and options appears. On this page, you can modify your cart or proceed by accepting the GTC.

You must verify the accuracy of the information provided, particularly the delivery address and your telephone or email contact details.

After confirming the delivery and payment steps, and once payment is validated on our secure server, a receipt is displayed on the screen. It confirms the registration of your order and informs you that a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as possible at the indicated address.

Technical means for identifying and correcting errors

You have the ability at any time to identify and correct any errors made when entering your data. If you notice an error after the contract has been concluded, you can contact us directly by email at hdglobalselect@proton.me or via WhatsApp at @hdglobalselect.

Section 2 - Archiving and access methods for the contract

We archive contracts, order forms, and invoices on a reliable and durable medium guaranteeing a faithful copy. You have a right to access these documents for any order of an amount greater than or equal to 120 €.

Section 3 - Legal and contractual guarantees

Legal guarantees

In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods to the contract and hidden defects (available in the appendices hereto), we refund, repair, or exchange any product that is defective, damaged, spoiled, or does not match your order.

We also refund the full return shipping costs upon simple presentation of supporting evidence (photos, videos).

Liability

Our liability cannot be invoked in the event of force majeure, unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party, or non-conformity of the product with the legislation of the country of delivery if it is outside France. Our portable wireless electric air pump must be used in accordance with its manual and intended purpose.

Section 4 - Delivery times, costs, and methods

Delivery methods and times

Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order, within an indicative timeframe of 17 to 21 business days. In the event of a delay or unavailability of the product, you will be informed by email as soon as possible with a suitable solution proposed.

Delivery costs and tracking

Applicable delivery fees are indicated at the time of order validation. You can track your package by contacting us via email or through our tracking notification service.

Section 5 - Price

Product prices are indicated in euros and inclusive of all taxes (VAT). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding any import taxes or usage restrictions applicable to the product in your destination country.

Section 6 - Payment methods and security measures

Online payment is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via our secure payment partners (such as Stripe).

  • Security: The site adopts the SSL encryption protocol to secure your banking data. No credit card numbers are stored on our servers.
  • Processing: Except in special cases, your payment is processed at the time your order is shipped.

Section 7 - Right of withdrawal (Satisfied or refunded)

In accordance with current legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days following receipt of your portable wireless electric air pump to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. The refund of all sums paid will take place no later than 30 days following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, via the same payment method or by another mutually agreed-upon method.

Section 8 - Duration of the contract and price validity

Products remain the exclusive property of HDglobalselect until full payment of the price has been received. Our price and product offers are valid as long as they appear online on the site and within the limit of available stocks.

Section 9 - Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.

Appendix 1: Provisions of the Consumer Code (Legal guarantee of conformity)

  • Article L211-4: The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing upon delivery...
  • Article L211-5: To be in conformity with the contract, the good must be fit for the use customarily expected of a similar good...
  • Article L211-12: Action resulting from a lack of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the goods.

Appendix 2: Provisions of the Civil Code (Guarantee against hidden defects)

  • Article 1641: The seller is bound by the warranty on account of hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or which so diminish that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lower price for it, had he known them...
  • Article 1648: The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within a period of two years from the discovery of the defect.
